Each week presents a different challenge, whether that be honing in on your technique, working on your open water skills in prep for that holiday you have planned or that race you've just signed up for, or testing your ability to pace yourself well, choosing the right gear for the right distance.

So no more monotony, we've got something for everyone in all our workouts. Even if you're not training for anything in particular, the camaraderie of the group, the laughter & the love of the water is ALWAYS a winner!

No swimmer will miss out. This is team training with an all inclusive approach.

  • Speed Development (Threshold Sets in shorter intervals)

  • Open Water Skills

  • Technique/Endurance

  • 'Red Mist' (Pace development) Endurance
